You have the right to withdraw this Contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ESW c/o U.S. Direct E-Commerce Limited, 3rd Floor, The Concourse Building, 100-115 Airside Business Park, Swords, County Dublin, K67 NY94 Ireland, email info@eshopworld.com) of your decision to withdraw from this Contract. For this purpose, you may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory. You may also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website (a link to the Return Merchandise Cancellation Form will be included in your order confirmation e-mail and/or your Dispatch Confirmation email). If you make use of this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such revocation without delay (e.g. by e-mail).
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw this Contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favourable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this Contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return Methods
You can choose between two options to return purchased products:
1. Organized Return Service
You can request a return through our Returns Portal.
With the organized return service, we will handle the entire return process.
Once your return request is completed, you will receive by email:
- a pre-filled return label
- the instructions required to ship your return.
The service fee will be deducted from your refund and includes shipping costs and any applicable customs duties for returns from non-EU countries.

Shipping instructions:
- Arrange shipment with a courier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
- Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are at your expense.
- For returns from non-EU countries to Italy, customs documentation must be made out to ESW (not Fratelli Rossetti) and must indicate a value corresponding to the returned goods.

Each courier may require specific documentation for returning goods. It is your responsibility to correctly complete all required documents and provide the necessary information in accordance with the sales documentation received.
Returns that do not comply with the stated conditions or that are missing the required documentation may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at your expense.
Return Preparation
To ensure proper handling of your return:
- Place the products in their original packaging and ensure they are in perfect condition;
- Include a copy of the sales receipt inside the package;
- Hand the parcel to your chosen courier or, if using our organized return service for non-EU shipments, attach the return document received together with the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Refund
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Once the return has been received at our warehouse and the products have been checked, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days.
Fratelli Rossetti reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns, returns that do not comply with the stated conditions, or returns lacking the required documentation. In such cases, a refund may not be issued.
