Which payment methods are accepted?
Available payment methods may vary depending on the shipping country.
We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Carte Bancaire, China UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, GrabPay, JCB, KakaoPay, Klarna (Slice It), Klarna Pay Later, Mastercard, PayPal, TWINT, Visa and Vipps.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes. To request an invoice for your purchase, please contact our Customer Care, who will be happy to assist you.
Are customs duties applicable?
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties are included and no additional charges will be requested upon delivery.
Shipments to Angola, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Namibia and Uzbekistan are excluded: any customs duties and charges for these destinations are payable by the recipient.
ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Where is my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can check the shipment status at any time through our Tracking Portal.
Can I change my order or shipping address?
If your order has not yet been processed, you may request a change to your details or shipping address. Please contact our Customer Care, who will verify whether the request can be handled.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days from purchase confirmation.
During sale periods, promotions, or when order volumes are high, preparation times may vary slightly. We always do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout. The estimated delivery time will be shown during checkout.
If your order includes multiple products, they may arrive in separate shipments because they may be fulfilled from different warehouses.
What happens if the courier is unable to deliver my order?
If the courier is unable to complete delivery, a second attempt may be made, or you may receive instructions to reschedule delivery or collect the parcel from a pickup point, depending on the courier’s procedures.
What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel or if an item is missing?
If the parcel arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, please contact our Customer Care.
You will be asked to send a few photos of the packaging and the products received so we can verify the issue and provide the quickest possible solution.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to numerous countries. Before adding products to your cart, please select the delivery country and desired language using the menu at the bottom of the homepage (or in the app menu on mobile devices).

What are the shipping times and costs?
Shipping times and costs are calculated based on the destination country and the selected shipping method (Standard or Express) and are shown at checkout.
The delivery dates shown are estimates and should be considered indicative.
Can I add a promotional code after placing my order?
No. Once the order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to apply a promotional code.
If the order has not yet been processed, you can contact our Customer Care to check whether it can be cancelled and a new purchase placed using the promotional code.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is possible only if the order has not yet been handed over to the courier. Contact our Customer Care: we will check your order status and, if possible, proceed with cancellation.
Can I request a size or color exchange?
Yes. You can request a size or color exchange through our Returns and Exchanges Portal, provided the replacement item has the same value as the item purchased.

How can I make a return?
You can request a return through this page.
For more information on the terms and conditions and on how to exercise the right of withdrawal, please consult the dedicated page. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in Fratelli Rossetti boutiques.
How long do I have to make a return?
You can request a return within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order.
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive the return label and the courier instructions to send the product back.
I have not received the return label. What can I do?
If you have not received the return label, first check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact our Customer Care, and we will resend it.
Is the return free of charge?
Returns due to a conformity defect, as well as returns for a size or color exchange of the same item, are free of charge.
In all other cases, a return fee applies, which varies depending on the country from which the shipment is made:

→ Non-EU €38
The product I received is defective. What should I do?
If you believe the product has a defect, please contact our Customer Care.
To help us review your request as quickly as possible, please attach a few photos clearly showing the defect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued within 7 days using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.
Posting times may vary depending on the payment method and the processing times of your bank or payment provider.

Can I buy a Gift Card?
At the moment, it is not possible to purchase or use Gift Cards on the Fratelli Rossetti online store.
